Told to rebrand 'ship' as 'send', June ran one find-and-replace across the whole app on her way out. Every other word containing 'ship' changed too.
The mistake
A whole-app find-and-replace matches a substring, not a word. "Relationship" and "Shipley" contain "ship", so the rename reaches the mailing copy and the customer addresses along with the intended strings.
