Two millimetres left of centre
Ines restyled the shop's printed page to one centred logo. The warehouse printed its labels from it, and four thousand parcels shipped with no address.
The mistake
The shop's print stylesheet is treated as a presentation layer, but the warehouse's label pipeline renders its delivery labels from that same print view, so the address block is a functional field rather than clutter. Stripping the print template down to a centred logo removes the recipient name, street, and town from every rendered label. Nothing in the pipeline validates that the generated label contains an address before the batch of four thousand goes out.
