The big friendly button
On her way out, June had the AI build the 'are you sure you want to delete your account?' box and shipped it unread. It had wired the 'Cancel' button to delete the account.
The mistake
The AI builds the delete-account confirmation dialog with the two buttons swapped: 'Cancel' is styled and wired as the large, default, green button, while the actual account-deletion action is bound to the small grey one labeled 'Delete Account'. Since users naturally click the big friendly button expecting it to be the safe default, every 'Cancel' click actually fires the delete-account handler. The bug ships without a manual click-through test, so the inversion isn't caught until the deletion logs show cancels correlating with deletions.
