No setting for Russ

#069

The shop's emails kept landing in junk, so Russ sent them from his own address instead. Now nine thousand customers email Russ personally.

The mistake

The shop's outbound mail is landing in spam, most likely because the sending domain lacks proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment or has a burned sender reputation. Instead of fixing domain authentication, the team switches the From address to Russ's personal email, which does dodge spam filters but also makes every reply-to and future correspondence resolve to one person's inbox. There is no config flag to undo that binding once nine thousand customers have it as their contact address; it has to be migrated by hand, one thread at a time.
