Toby shipped the big feature at the end of Friday and went home. It fell over at eleven minutes past two on Saturday morning, which is when it always falls over.
The mistake
The one the site is named after. Shipping something large immediately before two days of nobody watching, so the gap between the change and the person who understands it is at its widest exactly when it breaks.
